Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Workshops (MBSR)
The Mindfulness for Stress Reduction (MBSR) Workshops facilitated are four, six or eight weeks long (with a One-Day Mindfulness Retreat following). The workshops are based on the new Mind/Body science, medical research, the work of Jon-Kabat Zinn and on Adele’s and Theodore’s many years of formal and personal meditation practice.
